Madison County Employment & Training and St. Clair County Intergovernmental Grants Department Workforce
Development Group will be bringing together businesses, returning citizens network agencies, educators, and
workforce development entities to present best practices and benefits of hiring individuals coming out of
incarceration. We will discuss various incentives for employers who hire individuals who are returning citizens
and the Department of Justice training that they receive prior to release such as apprenticeships, internships, pre
apprenticeships, and workbased learning and how to establish a talent pipeline for businesses.

This will be a hybrid event you can attend in person or via zoom. Meeting Information: Join Zoom Meeting
