This signature event has become a premier event on Peoria’s social calendar, with proceeds benefiting the many services EP!C provides to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. We are ready to party with you in person once again at the Par-A-Dice Hotel & Casino. We are so thrilled to have this year’s Chef, Fabio Viviani join us for a night of Urban Decadence.  A fan favorite on Bravo’s Top Chef seasons 5 & 8, Chef Fabio is excited to play to a hometown crowd as he is based in Chicago.
