When William Chavous, owner of TC’s TREATS, moved to the Midwest from the East coast, he found himself without one of his most favorite treats, Water Ice!  What is Water Ice? Together with his wife, Malaika, William set out to bring this amazing TREAT to the Midwest.  In 2015, William and his business partners decided to take the show on the road and launched the very popular mobile business, SCOOPS & More Water Ice. 2 years and literally thousands of SCOOPS later, William and his family decided to put down some roots and answer the call of the daily question “where can I go to get more of this?”
