The Federal Emergency Management Agency plans to host in-person Open House meetings on January 24 and 25, 2023, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM CT. The Open Houses will introduce St. Clair County residents to their updated flood maps.

At each Open House, attendees will have a chance to:

• Hear from flood insurance professionals and state and local officials about what updated flood maps mean for their community.
• Search and review the preliminary Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report and Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) for St. Clair County here.
• See their property and its risk on the preliminary FIRM.
• Get answers to questions about the maps, the mapping process and flood insurance.
